Bidding procedures shall be in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws (MGL) chapter 149, SS44A-44J and all other applicable laws. Bids are subject to minimum wage rates as required by MGL chapter 149, S26-27D. The bidder shall include costs of bonds and permits within their bid. The ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ is exempt from certain taxes. Sales tax shall not be included in bids.
